4. Gender Remuneration Parity (To promote equal remuneration)
5. Public Sector Boards (To develop & promote best practices for public sector boards)
6. Stakeholder Forum (To create a platform for collective stakeholder engagement)
7. Entrepreneur Governance (To promote governance and board functionality at SMME level)
8. Inclusive Diversity (To encourage diversity on Boards)
9. Mentor Sponsor (To create a structured system of director mentorship & sponsorship)
10. 4IR Director (To assist the board to understand and adopt 4IR)
